中药配合矿泉浴及功能锻炼治疗股骨头无菌性坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察中药配合矿泉浴及功能锻炼治疗股骨头无菌性坏死的疗效。方法　采用中药外敷及内服配合矿泉浴及功能锻炼治疗骨头无菌性坏死的患者 1 3 8例 ,1 95髋。治疗前后对照 ,用功能恢复程度评价疗效。结果　采用中药配合矿泉浴及功能锻炼治疗后总有效率 85 .9%。治疗后明显优于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1 )。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ANFH treated by mineral spring bath,functional training and traditional chinese medicine. Methods 138 cases (195 ill hip joints) were treated by mineral spring bath,functional training and traditional Chinese medicine externally and internally applied.Evaluate the therapeutic effect by the level of functional recovery. Results The effective rate of the cured group is 85.9%.The therapeutic effect is remarkable(P<0.01). Conclusion It's a better method for treating ANFH to use mineral spring bath,functional training and traditional Chinese medicine.
