摘　　要：为解决高浓制浆设备的工艺参数在线测量以及自动控制方面的难题 ,本文依据新型高浓挤浆脱水设备的原理和实验结果 ,建立了动态数学模型 ,实现了过程参数测量 ;并设计了自动控制系统。In order to solve the problems of parameters measuring and automatic control on line in high-concentration pulp-pressing, based on principle and experiment of new device, the dynamic mathematical models be set up,process parameters measuring achieved and the automatic control system be designed in this paper. The reliability of this modeling and the feasibility of the automatic control are verified by trial production and parameters detecting.
