摘  要:硅干扰一直是非木材纤维制浆碱回收的一个老大难问题。印度Amerit造纸公司提出一个MKCR系统,旨在解决这个课题。MKCR的主要特点有:(1)以 40%-45%固含量的浓黑液与稻壳混合燃烧,回收化学品;(2)实施绿液除硅,使从白泥中回收石灰成为可能。采用MKCR系统,可为实现清洁生产,获取社会效益和经济效益奠定基础。The handling of silica rich black liquor has always been a problem in non - wood chemical re- covery. Amerit Papers, India, had launched a MKCR system, featuring the incineration of a mixture of 40%^- 45% total solids black liquor and rice husk and the desilication of green liquor. Scale formation on evaporator heating elements will thus be evaded and then recovery of quality lime from the silicafree white mud is being made possi- ble. Aside from caustic and lime recovery and energy generation, as normally practiced in conventional chemical recovery system, a saleable byproduct, silicic acid will also be obtained in the desilication process. The MKCR system will promote Cleaner Production, leading to definite social and economical benefits.
