摘 要:本文采用冠醚法和湿热法标记了化合物^(82)Br-6-溴乙基-19-去甲胆固醇(NCL-6-Et^(82)Br),研究了这种标记物在小白鼠体内的生物分布。结果表明,它在肾上腺组织的吸收量明显高于CL-6-^(82)Br和NCL-6-^(82)Br;肾上腺/肝和肾上腺/肾比值均高于CL-6-^(82)Br,而与NCL-6-^(82)Br相近。Bromine-82 labelled 6β-(2'-bromo)ethyl-19-norcholest-5 (10)-en-3β-ol (i. e. NCL -6-Et 32Br) has been prepared both by the crown ether method and by the hydrothermal melting method. A study on its distribution in mouse's organs showed a rather selectiver localization of radioactivity in adrenal gland, in which the absorption of NCL-6-Et-32Br was found to be higher than that of CL-6-82Br or NCL-6-82Br. The adrenal/liver and adrenal/ hidney ratios of the titled compound were shown to be higher than those of CL-6-82Br, and near those of NCL-6-32Br.
