环保型低温自交联涂料印花粘合剂SX的合成与应用

摘　　要：合成无甲醛、含多种官能团可低温自交联的粘合剂。探讨了粘合剂SX在印花工艺中用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等条件的选择。由于没有使用羟甲醛丙烯酰胺交联单体 ,粘合剂SX使用中不含释放有害气体甲醛 ,而且在100℃焙烘2min,牢度达到国家标准。A formaldehyde-free, multi-functional(group) low-temperature self-crosslinking binder was synthesied. The selection of process conditions such as the dosage of binder SX in pigment printing, curing temperation and curing time was discussed. Without using hydroxy formaldehyde acrylic amide crosslinking monomers, binder SX will not release harmful formaldehyde during treatment. When printing with this binder at 100℃ and curing for 2 minutes, fastness of the resultant product will live up to the national standard.
