摘  要:目的 :探讨不同激光功率卤化银 CO2 激光光纤对家兔的皮肤、骨骼损伤程度和病理演变。对临床应用作可行性分析。方法 :用三只纯种草兔对其脊背皮肤、骨骼 (二根肱骨 ,二根股骨 )用 3W、6 W、9W、12 W各辐射 5S,分别于即时、一周后、二周后观察皮肤病理演变。结果 :光纤 CO2 激光刀能有效气化、炭化皮肤和骨骼。程度随功率增大而增大 ,对皮肤的恢复过程和传统报告一致。结论 :CO2 激光卤化银光纤具备组织气化。To investigate the severity of the lesion and pathological changes of the skin and bone of the rabbit caused by CO 2 laser with silver halide optical fibers with different doses. To analysis the feasibility of its clinical application. 5 seconds of radiation on the dosage of 3W,6W,9W,12W were applied on the back skin,bone (2 humer,2 femur) of 3 pure breed rabbit. The observations of the pathological changes were taken just after the procedure,at the end of one week and two weeks. The CO 2 laser with silver halide optical fibers can effectively generate the vaporization and carbonization of the skin and bone,the severity of which is correlated to the dosage. The recovery process is similar to the results of other original reports. The CO 2 laser with silver optical fibers is capable of vaporization, carbonization and cutting on tissues and therefore it is suitable for clinical use.
