摘　　要：针对视频编码各部分功能模块进行了算法研究和性能分析,在保证最后解码图像的质量下降不大的前提下,提高编解码的处理速度。对于DCT/IDCT、运动估计以及P帧编码中的条件性略过宏块等作了分析,同时给出了判据和实验结果。最后对程序的体系结构和程序设计给出了一般性的规则。In this paper,the authors have researched and analysed the main parts of video codec,which ensure the decoded image quality as precondition,to improve the efficency of codec algorithm.The authors anal-ysed DCT/IDCT,motion estimation and skipping some MB in P frames and so on.At the same time ,they anal-ysed the criterions for partial SAD,half pixel MV search and MB skip,and gave out the experiment results.Fi-nally,the authors concluded some general rule for real-time system design and program design.[
