摘 要:为了实现对弹头轮廓表面的测量 ,并且达到高测量精度 ,文中介绍了对经典三角法加以改进后的旋转三角法 ,引入球面坐标系 ,把大测量范围转换为小测量范围 ,并给出用VisualBasic编译的测量应用程序。根据实验数据重构出弹头的三维轮廓表面 ,绘出弹头剖面图。结果表明旋转三角法测量结果与理论分析相符 ,成倍地缩小了测量范围 ,实现了对大变化范围弹头表面的测量 ,提高了测量精度。旋转三角法是类球形物体高精度测量的一种推荐使用方法。In order to measure the warhead profile and achieve high precision, rotary triangulation based on classical triangulation is described, which introduces spherical coordinate system and converts large measurement range to small measurement range. The measurement application programm by Visual Basic is presented. Three dimensional warhead profile and section plane are given according to experiment data. The results indicate that the experiment data from rotary triangulation accords with the theory analysis. This method reduces measurement range by several times, and achieves the measurement of warhead profile with great measurement range, and enhances the measurement accuracy. Rotary triangulation is one of the recommendation methods to measure objects that are similar to sphere.
