摘　　要：“生产价格”决定交换价值是商品交换中的普遍现象。坚持和发展马克思主义价值理论必须端正学风,从客观经济事实出发,把生产条件占有关系决定交换价值的历史唯物主义观点贯彻到底。It is a general phenomenon in the merchandise exchange that production cost decide the eschange price. For insisting and developing the price theory of Marxism, we must have agood learning attitude and carry on the wiew point of the history materializing that the occupation of production factor decides the price in merchandise exchange by basing our opinions on the economic fact.
