摘  要:目的 观察脾脏对肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、白细胞介素 1 (IL 1 )、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、白细胞介素 6(IL 6)和白细胞介素 8(IL 8)等细胞因子的生成和释放的影响 ,进一步探讨脾脏在休克发生发展中的作用。方法 取失血性休克犬动、静脉血及脾组织匀浆放免法测定IL 1 ,IL 2 ,IL 6,IL 8和TNF含量。结果 休克后 2h休克组动物动脉血浆IL 1 ,IL 6,IL 8,TNF水平均显著低于休克治疗组和对照组水平 ,仅有IL 2水平休克组高于对照组。从脾静脉取血测定结果与动脉取血测定结果类似 ,仅IL 8的含量明显高于对照组。脾组织内各指标含量不定。结论 失血性休克对脾脏细胞因子的生成和释放有一定影响 ,脾脏也是细胞因子来源的重要场所。Objective To observe the affect of the spleen on the formation and release of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin 1(IL 1), interleukin 2(IL 2), interleukin 6(IL 6) and interleukin 8(IL 8) in hemorrhagic shock, further investigate the effect of the spleen in shock's occurrence and development. Methods The content of IL 1,IL 2,IL 6,IL 8 and TNF in arteria and vina blood as well as spleen tissue hemogenate from hemorrhagic shock'c dogs were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Two hours after shock the content of IL 1,IL 6,IL 8 and TNF in arteria plasma of shock group was reduced more significantly than the content of shock treated group and control group, only the content of IL 2 was higher than the control group. The results of determination from spleen vina sample was similar to the results of arteria plasma, only the content of IL 8 was obvious higher than control group. The determinative results of various index in spleen tissue hemogenate was untable. Conclusion The hemorrhagic shock may affect the formation and release of cytokine in spleen, at the same time, the spleen also was a important place of cytokine source.
