40岁以上糖尿病血清β—微球蛋白测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：本文就我院近两年来用放射免疫法测定40岁以上糖尿病人血清β_2—MG75例,尿β_2—MG59例。本文96例正常人 sβ_2—MG 测定值1 600±320μg/L,uβ_2—MG55±35μg/L。糖尿病人年龆组40—49岁26例,sβ_2—MG(25例)2 033±1 800μg/L,(P>0.05),uβ_2—MG(22例)560±920μg/L,(P≤0.05);50—50岁42例,sβ_2—MG(40例),2 614±2 160μg/L(P≤0.01),uβ_2—MG(20例)430±760μg/L(P<0.05);60—69岁10例,sβ_2—MG(9例)3 275±1 843μg/L(P<0.05),uβ_2—MG(7例)460±847μg/L(P<0.05);70—79岁1例,sβ_2—MG105μg/L,uβ_2—MG169μg/L。其结果和国内外文献报道相符合,除40—49岁例年龄组外,其它各组与正常对照组差别均有显著性,而且阳性率随着年龄组增高而提高。we measured the β_2-Microglobulin(sβ_2—MG)on aged more than 40 ad- ults diabetes mellitus pabents by RIA the 75 sβ_2—MG cases of and the uβ_2—Mg 59 cases.In 96 cases of the normal adults sβ_2—Mg measured value were 1.60±0.32μg/ml.uβ_2—MG were 0.055±0.035μg/ml.In the 26 diabetes on 40—49 year age group;sβ_2—MG(25cases)were 2.033± 1.88μg/ml(P>0.05).uβ_2—Mg(22cases);0.56±0.92μg/ml(P<0.05). In the 42 cases of the 50—59 age group;sβ_2—MG(40 cases)2.614±2.16 μ g/ml(P≤0.01)uβ_2—Mg(29 cases)0.43±0.76μg/ml(P<0.05).In 10 cases of the 60—69 year age group;sβ_2—MG(9 cases)3.275±1.843 μg/ ml(P<0.05).uβ-MG(7 cases)0.46±0.847 μg/ml(P<0.05).In 1 case of the 70—79 year age group;sβ_2—MG 10.5μg/ml.uβ_2—Mg:0.169 μg/ml The results were consistenf with other report,Except the 40—49 age gr- oup,other groups and normal group have and the positive rate was inc- resed with the age.Significant difference.
