摘 要:目的 确定毫米波是否具有频率特异性。方法 用 37.4,42 .2 ,5 3,6 0GHz ;1,3,5 ,8mW /cm2 毫米波在小鼠怀孕 6~ 15d时进行 2h/d辐射 ,分别用HPLC ECD ,RIA及RBA对仔鼠脑单胺递质、AVP和M R进行测定 ,用Y 型电迷宫对成年子鼠进行学习记忆功能测试。结果 较高频率毫米波辐射对胚胎的损伤效应较低频率毫米波辐射为重。结论 未见毫米波的频率特异性。Objective Verify whether millimeter wave has effect of frequency-specific. Methods 2-month old BALB/c mice were separately irradiated by millimeter wave with frequencies of 37.4, 42.2, 53, 60 GHz at power densities of 1, 3, 5, 8 mW/cm 2 for 2 h daily from 6 th to 15 th day of gestation. The contents of monoamine transmitter and AVP, the quantity of M-R and its affinity to ligand in the brain of the fetuses at term, adult offspring were measured by using HPLC-ECD, RIA and RBA separately. The test of learning capacity and memory of adult offspring were employed on Y-type electric maze. Results Millimeter wave irradiation with high frequencies could cause the offsprings more serious injury than that with low frequencies. Conclusion There isn't the effect of frequency-specific.
