冠心病与非冠心病患者运动试验血压变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究运动实验中冠心病 (CHD)与非冠心病 (NCHD)者血压 (BP)变化特点。方法 :将 130例患者分成正常、 CHD、高血压、高血压伴 CHD4组。观察各组在实验过程中收缩压 (SBP)、SBP变异指数、舒张压(DBP)、 DBP变异指数的变化特点。结果 :运动中 SBP多升高 ,SBP、 SBP变异指数在 CHD与 NCHD之间无差异。运动中 DBP多下降 ,正常组的 DBP较 CHD组的下降更明显 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :运动实验中 CHD的Objective:To study blood pressure changes of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and patients with non\|coronary heart disease(NCHD) during exercise test.Methods:One hundred and thirty persons were divided into four groups:Normal group; CHD group; Hypertension group; Hypertension and CHD group. The changes of SBP?DBP and SBP?DBP variable index in each group were investigated during testing.Results:SBP increased during exercise testing. SBP and SBP variable indexes were no significant difference between CHD group and NCHD group. DBP decreased during exercise.DBP of normal group decreased more significantly than that of CHD group( P <0 01).Conclusion:DBP decrease of patients with CHD is less than that in normal person during exercise test.
