摘　　要：目的　了解鼓浪屿炎热期户外疗养活动日光损伤的情况并提出对策。方法　对 1 783例在炎热期参加景观旅游和海水浴的疗养员发生日光皮炎、多形性日光疹进行临床观察和分析结果　鼓浪屿炎热期户外疗养活动日光损伤是常见、多发的。结论　保护易感人群、避免暴露于直射日光下及科学。To know about the state of sunshine injury of outdoor activities in sweltering hot weather in Gu Lang Yu and raise countermeasures. Methods By means of clinical observation and analysis the incidence of solar dermatitis and polymorphous sunlight eruption in the 1783 cases.Who have seawaterbathing and landscope visiting. Results The sunshine injury of outdoor activities in sweltering hot weather in Gu Lang Yu is frquent. Conclusion It is nccessory to propect the susceptible person,to avoid exposure to the direct rays of the sun and take scientific and effective sunshading protection measues.
