改良注入穿刺针的实验及其在介入超声中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨改良注入穿刺针在介入超声中的应用。方法　 (1)改良注入穿刺 (EV)针与经皮肝穿刺胆道置管引流 (PTCD)套管针在纯水和抗凝猪血中引流速度的比较。 (2 )改良EV针在囊肿、脓肿、腹腔积液、PTCD等中的应用。结果　 (1)改良EV针在纯水和抗凝猪血中的引流速度与PTCD套管针的引流速度经t检验无显著差异。 (2 )改良EV针在介入超声中的应用效果优于金属硬管针和PTCD套管针。结论　改良EV针在介入超声中的应用具有使用广泛、简便、安全。Purpose To evaluate the application of evacuate venipunctrue(EV) needle in intervention ultrasound. Methods (1)To compare the drainage speed of the improved EV needle and percutaneous transhepatic catheterizde drainage(PTCD) case needle in water and anti coagulation pigs blood.(2)The application of the improved EV needle in cyst, abscess, effuperitoneal, PTCD. Results (1)The drainage speed of the improved EV needle has no difference with that of the PTCD case needle by t test.(2)The achieved effect of the improved EV needle is much better than those of the metal stiff needle and PTCD case needle. Conclusion The improved EV needle has the advantages of handy, safe and extensive use and satifactory drainage,etc.
