摘  要:利用空心杆向井筒内掺入活性水或稀油 ,降低油流阻力 ,实现应用螺杆泵开采深层稠油。螺杆泵掺药降粘采油技术在冷家油田冷 43 19 5 70井应用取得了成功 ,该井原油粘度为 86 30mPa·s(5 0℃ ) ,螺杆泵下深达 15 0 0m ,应用后该井产量略有上升 ,而且节约了大量的基建投资及日常生产操作费用。螺杆泵掺药降粘采油技术为深层、含砂稠油、海上稠油的开采提供了一条新的途径。Active water or light oil is sent downhole through hollow rod to reduce oil flow resistance, thus producing heavy oil from deep formation through screw pump. The technology of viscosity reduction through agent blending with screw pump has been successfully applied in well 43 19 570 of Lengjia oilfield. Crude viscosity of this well used to be 86~30 mPa·s(50℃). The screw pump was run downhole to 1500m. Production increased a bit after agent blending. This also saved a lot of infrastructure investment and routine operation cost. This technology provides a new way for recovering deep reservoirs, sandy and offshore heavy oil reservoirs.
