摘　　要：本文介绍了一种能够对稠油加热装置进行热效率监控的技术。该稠油加热装置以微机控制为核心 ,可分析、检测并显示锅炉烟气中的多个参数 ,且可控制燃料与空气的比例 ,保持最佳燃烧 ,达到既节约能源又减少环境污染的双重效益。实验证明 。This paper presents a technology of monitoring thermal efficiency of heating device used for heavy oil. With this technology, many parameters of boiler flue gas can be analyzed, detected and displayed on computer, and the proportion of fuel and air can be controlled to keep optimal combustion, thus resulting in energy saving and pollution reducing. Experiment showed that this method could lower the energy consumption of steam injection boiler.
