摘 要:借助砂粒在流体 (水和油 )中沉降实验 ,研究了砂粒在流动液体中的运动规律 ,确立了砂粒沉降速度与井筒流体平均速度间的相关关系式 ,提出了一套有杆泵抽油井在携砂生产条件下的参数优化设计方法 ,并开发了配套优化应用软件 ;在孤东油田现场应用 5 0口井次 ,准确率达 81 .0 % ,平均泵效提高 7.3% ,优化油井携砂能力有明显提高 ;同时 ,对油井生产过程砂粒沉降量和泵内砂柱高度有较好预测性 ,为孤东油田油井管柱设计、参数优化。With the help of an experiment of sand particle settling in fluid (water and oil), the law of sand particle moving in flow fluid is studied,a correlated relational expression between the particle settling velocity and mean velocity of wellbore fluid is established,a design method is proposed for optimizing operational parameters in sucker rod pumping well under sand carrying production condition and a corollary application software is developed Field application of the technique is carried out in 50 wells, with 81 0% of accuracy and 7 3% increase of average pumping efficiency; optimal sand carrying ability increases evidently A better prediction for the particle settling rate and height of sand column is conducted with the technique during the production,which provides the bases for tubing string designing, parameter optimizing,safety shut in and determining the period of pump inspection in Gudong oilfield
