低温油层涂敷砂防砂工艺研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了低温油田 (油层温度≤ 5 0℃ )涂敷砂性能特点 ,在考察影响低温油层涂敷砂性能因素的基础上 ,研制出涂敷砂及固化剂配方。应用涂敷砂防砂工艺在孤东河口等油田进行防砂试验 2 4井次 ,可对比2 1井次 ,成功 1 7井次 ,成功率 80 .9% ,创经济效益 81 5 .8× 1 0 4元 。The characteristics of coated sand in a low temperature oilfield (reservoir temperature ≤50℃) are introduced Formulea for sand coating and hardening agent are developed on the basis of studying the performance factors influencing the coated sand in a low temperature reservoir Sand control tests are conducted in 24 wells of Gudong and Hekou oilfields by using the technique,a comparison is made in 21 wells,success is achieved in 17 wells,of which success rate is 80 9%,economic benefit is 815 8×10 4 yuan of RMB,result of the technique is more ideal
