摘 要:配合皮带抽油机应用连续抽油杆和耐高温高压深井泵 ,通过优化设计可以实现有杆泵抽油系统在深井的应用。试验表明连续抽油杆现场操作方便 ,可连续起下作业 ,缩短作业时间。由于无接箍和丝扣 ,重量轻 ,下泵深 ,杆管磨损少 ,工作可靠性大大增强。配合皮带抽油机生产能提高深抽油井产量和延长油井免修期 ,消除了普通抽油杆接箍的活塞效应 ,增油节能效果非常显著 。In combination of belt pumping unit with a continuous pumping rod and a high temperature and high pressure deep well pump,the application of rod pumping system is implemented in a deep well by optimizing design The testing result shows that the continuous pumping rod is convenient for field use with continuous tripping operation and shortening trip time Because of no collar and thread,it has light weight,with pump set deeply, less attrition of the rod and tubing ,thus working stability is imporved greatly Raising the production rate in a deep pumping well,lengthening the maintenance free period are realized by combining it with the belt pumping unit in production,by which the piston effect of a common pump rod collar is eliminated, with better result of enhancing oil production, saving energy and it has good prospect of application
