摘　　要：指出目前多层砖混结构住宅电讯立管暗埋施工中存在的问题 ,认为缺少立管暗埋土建节点做法是造成问题的直接原因 ,提出结合立面造型合理设计竖向管道井、相关专业互签确认、采用异形砌块新技术产品。The current problems existing in the construction of burying communication standpipes of multiple floor brick and concrete dwelling houses are pointed out,it is considered that lack of building nodal point for burying standpipes is one of the direct causes of the problems In combination with vertical modelling,design and technical measures are taken for the purposes that vertical wells for burying pipes are designed properly,approval is signed each other by correlated specialities,new products of irregularly shaped building blocks are employed,and construction procedures are improved
