中低层建筑加层改造设计问题探析

摘　　要：阐述了中低层建筑的加层改造再利用。对原有建筑在其基础上进行核算、挖潜、加固、加层进行了论述。探讨了通常在结构体系中蕴藏着潜在的承载能力 ,提出了建筑物加层的各种结构处理方法。分析了地基土在附加应力的长期作用下得到压密、固结 ,从而提高了地基的容许承载力。当地基的容许承载力不能满足要求时 。Making additional floors,reconstruction and employment of median low structures are described On the basis of original structure,business accounting,potential tapping, reinforcement and making additional floors are discussed An approaching is made that potential load capacity is contained in structural system,various structural handling methods of adding floors are proposed Consolidation and compaction are analyzed for ground soil under the action of additional stress applied for a long period,thus the allowed load capacity of the ground is raised How to strengthen the foundation and several effective methods to deal with it are proposed for the purpose when the allowed load capacity is not satisfied with requirements
