摘　　要：从调查中发现已建住宅在现阶段使用过程中存在安全隐患、适用性较差、不卫生、使用不当等问题 ,分析了造成这些问题的原因。在查阅大量住宅资料的基础上 ,结合实际工作经验和研究成果 ,提出了 4 2项住宅设计新思路 。At present time,the problems of hidden trouble of safety,poor practical applicability,poor hygiene and misusage etc are found out in dwelling houses that are built, the causes of the problems are analyzed On the basis of taking large number of references, 42 new conceptions for dwelling design are suggested in combination of the experiences from practical work with result of the study,and countermeasures for solving the problems mentioned are proposed
