摘  要:通过对孤东油田四区套管变形井的分类分析 ,研究了套管损坏在纵向、横向及时间上出现的规律 ,重点探讨了油水井套管损坏形成机理 ,发现油层出砂、高压注水等是造成套管损坏井增多的主要原因。提出加强防砂、温和注水、合理控制生产压差是防治套管损坏的重要措施保证。Through a classification analysis on casing deformation wells in Region 4 of Gudong Oilfield, rules of casing failures occurred vertically,horizontally and with the time being are studied, the forming mechanisms of casing failures in wells are discussed emphatically It is found that sand production and high pressure water injection are the main reasons for increasing the casing failure wells Strengthening sand control, moderate water injection and proper control of producing pressure differential are put forward as important measures for preventing casing from failing
