摘 要:对富 CO合成气条件下 C30 2铜基催化剂在三相床甲醇合成过程中的失活原因进行了分析 .通过对两轮热态模拟试验的结果进行比较 ,认为热模试验中催化剂失活的主要原因是反应系统内羰基铁与羰基镍的生成 .此外 ,溶剂对催化剂活性组分的浸取以及气流中催化剂颗粒的夹带亦是导致催化剂活性降低的部分原因 .第三轮试验中催化剂活性 α=exp[-8.0× 1 0 - 1 exp( -1 0 880RT )The reasons of deactivation of C302 Copperbased catalyst used for threephase methanol synthesis process under the condition of COrich syngas were analyzed. After comparison of the results from tworun hotflow model tests, which had been completed, it was considered that main reason of catalyst deactivation in the threephase process was that the formation of nickel and iron carbonyls in reaction system. Besides, leaching out of catalyst ingredients in inert liquid medium and entraining of small catalyst particles in outlet stream were to some extent responsible for the catalyst deactivation. The catalyst activity for run3 is followed as α=exp[-8.0×10 -3 exp(-[SX(]10880 RT )· t ]
