摘　　要：45例全麻控制性降压下行鼻内窥镜手术患者 ,同期监测肱动脉间接压力和足背动脉直接压力。共收集 110 5对数据。结果显示 ,两种监测方法的相关性较差。正常及高血压状态下 ,足背动脉直接测得收缩压高于肱动脉间接测压数值 ,而舒张压低于肱动脉间接测压数值。低血压状态下 ,是背动脉直接测得的收缩压。Objective:To compare the relationship between the dorsalis pedis arterial blood pressure measured by the direct method and the brachial arterial blood pressure measured by the indirect method at the different blood pressure levels in patients undergoing FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) with deliberate hypotension.Methods:There were 45 cases undergoing FESS with deliberate hypotension.The direct dorsalis pedis arterial and indirect brachial arterial pressure were measured at the same time.Eleven hundred and five pair direct and indirect blood pressure values were collected .Results:There was no significant difference between two monitoring methods.When the blood pressure was normal or relatively high,the systolic arterial blood pressure of dorsalis pedis artery was higher than the brachial arterial blood pressure,while the diastolic arterial blood pressure was lower than the brachial arterial blood pressure.The systolic,diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure of direct dorsalis pedis artery were lower than the indirect brachial arterial blood pressure when the blood pressure was low .Conclusion:The results showed that dorsalis pedis arterial pressure could be used to monitor the blood pressure during FESS with deliberate hypotension.But in low blood pressure direct artery blood pressure should be the basis for the FESS with deliberate hypotension while indirect artery blood pressure was not helpful to indicate real blood pressure.
