泡盛曲霉菌丝体中化学成分的研究

摘　　要：Five compounds were isolated from mycelia of A.awamori ,and identified as ergosta 5,7,22 trien 3 β ol(Ⅰ),hexadecanoic acid(Ⅱ),ergosta 7,22 diene 3 β,5α,6β triol(Ⅲ), 5α,8α epidioxyergosta 6,22 diene 3 β ol(Ⅳ)and ergosta 7,22 diene 3,6 dione(Ⅴ)on the basis of spectral data and physical and chemical identification respectively.Among them,compound V was obtained from this genus for the first time.Five compounds were isolated from mycelia of A.awamori ,and identified as ergosta 5,7,22 trien 3 β ol(Ⅰ),hexadecanoic acid(Ⅱ),ergosta 7,22 diene 3 β,5α,6β triol(Ⅲ), 5α,8α epidioxyergosta 6,22 diene 3 β ol(Ⅳ)and ergosta 7,22 diene 3,6 dione(Ⅴ)on the basis of spectral data and physical and chemical identification respectively.Among them,compound V was obtained from this genus for the first time.
