摘　　要：目的　为临床行颈外动脉插管术提供解剖学基础。方法　在 30侧成人尸体标本上 ,对颈外动脉主要分支至颞浅动脉的实际距离及根基部的内径进行了测量。结果　颈外动脉主要分支的位置较恒定 ,颞浅动脉在耳屏前切迹平面是临床—插管所用部位。其内径为 1 2 5± 0 0 5mm。Objective To provide anatomic basis for the extemal carotid artery intubatton. Methods The distances of the main branch of external carotid artery to superficial temporal artery and their inner pathways were observed and measured in 30 specimens. Results The positions of the main branch of external carotid artery were invariable. Conclusion Our results provide the morphological information for choosing a suitable spile and confirming its length for the external carotid artery intubatton.
