摘　　要：目的 :比较赖诺谱利、硝苯地平缓释片的降压疗效及不良反应。方法 :10 0例原发性高血压病人 ,分为赖诺普利组 5 0例 ,用赖诺普利 10～ 30mg ,口服 ,每日一次。硝苯地平组 5 0例 ,用硝苯地平缓释片 2 0～ 30mg口服 ,每日 2次 ,均维持治疗 8周。结果 :赖诺普利组总有效率 92 % ,硝苯地平组总有效率 78% ,两组差异显著(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :赖诺普利对轻。Objective: To compare the efficacy and side reaction of lisinopril with that of nifedipine in treating hypertension.Methods: 100 patients suffering from primary hypertension were randomly assigned into 2 groups.One group (50 patients) were treated with lisinopril 10 30 mg po qd and the other (50 patients) with nifedipine 20 30 mg po bid for 8 weeks.Results: The effective rate in lisinopril group was 92%,higer than that (78%) of nifedipine group( P <0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of lisinopril in treating mild to moderate primary hypertension is better than nifedipine.
