小剂量维生素E、维生素C和乙酰水杨酸钠对超氧化脂质歧化酶及其同功酶的影响

摘　　要：目的 :对比观察VitE、VitC和乙酰水杨酸钠 3药合用与维生素E(VitE)、维生素C(VitC) 2药合用 ,对超氧化脂质歧化酶(SOD)及其同功酶的影响。方法 :将 5 1例高血压患者、2 8例无合并症的冠心病患者以及 3 0例健康人群随机抽样分为两组 ,观察服药前和服药后 3年与 5年的SOD及其同功酶的变化。结果 :①总SOD活力及其同功酶的活力随高血压的病情加重而明显降低 ,与健康人群比较有显著性差异。②VitE和VitC合用可使SOD及其同功酶逐渐升高与服药前比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3药合用升高更明显 ,与 2药合用比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,与服药前比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。③服药后 3年与 5年比较无显著性差异。结论 :3种药合用的抗衰老作用优于 2种维生素药合用 ;口服小剂量肠溶阿司匹林、VitE和VitC的时间不应短于 3年。Objective:To compare the combination therapeutic effects of three drugs(Vitamin E, Vitamin C,enteric coated Aspirin)and only two drugs of the three (Vitamin E, Vitamin C) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and its isozymes.Methods: Fifty one patients with hypertension, twenty eight patients with coronary heart disease and thirty healhy people were randomly divided into two groups, and then were treated with three or two joint drugs. Their therapeutic effects on SOD and its isozymes were measured three years and five years before treatment and after treatment.Results:① With hypertension aggravating, the activitity of total SOD and its isozymes was significantly decreased, which had marked difference compared with healthy people. ②The level of SOD and its isozymes were gradually increased by treatment of Vitamin E combined Vitamin C, which had statistical difference compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05);The increation of SOD and its isozymes were more significant in people taking three drugs, which had marked difference compared with those taking only two drugs( P < 0.01 ) and had highly significant difference compared with those before treatment ( P <0.001).③There wasn't significant therapeutic difference between treatment after three years and five years after treatment.Conclusion:The anti ageing effect of combination treatment with three drugs was better than that with only two drugs; The therapeutic time with Vitamin E, Vitamin C and enteric coated aspirin shouldn't be less than three years.
