高血压病患者血浆胰岛素水平的改变及贝那普利对其影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察高血压病患者血浆胰岛素水平的改变及贝那普利对高血压病 (EH)患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法 :6 0例EH患者予贝那普利 1 0～ 2 0mg d ,疗程 4周 ,用放免法分别测定治疗前及治疗 4周后空腹血糖 (FPG)及空腹血浆胰岛素 (FPI) ,计算胰岛敏感指数 (ISI) ,并与 40例性别、年龄、体重指数相同的健康者比较。结果 :两组FPG均正常 ,无显著差异。EH组FPI显著增高(P <0 .0 1 ) ,IAI显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;贝那普利治疗 4周后 ,FPI明显下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,ISI明显增高 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :高血压病患者存在高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗 (IR) ,贝那普利在平稳降压的同时能改善高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗。Objective:Observation of the variation of plasma insulin amount in patients with hypertension and lotensin impact on the patients' insulin-sensitivity. Methods:Take 60 hypersensitive patients for example,give each of them 10～20 mg's Lotinxin every day for 4 weeks, and determine the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),the fasting plasma insulin(FPI) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) of the patients 4 weeks before and after the treatment respectively. Make a comparison of the indexes between the 60 patients and 40 healthy subjects both of the same sex,age and weight. Results:The FPG of the both groups are normal without evident differences.The hypertensitive groups' FPI rises evidently( P <0.01),while ISI falls evidently( P <0.01),but 4 weeks after the treatment by Lotinxin,the FPI falls ( P <0.05)and IAI rises expectedly ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The patients with hypertension are affected with high plasma insulin and insulin resistance(IR),which and so blood pressure can be reduced by Loteinsin stably.
