DOWNS WYLIE分析法对新疆维吾尔族正常儿童颅面结构的X线头影测量的研究

摘　　要：目的　建立新疆维吾尔族儿童正常硬组织的X线头影测量的正常值 ,并研究其颅面结构的性别特征和种族特征及其增龄性变化。方法　按正常标准选取 10 5名维吾尔族儿童 ,分别摄取标准头颅侧位片 ,选择DOWNS ,WYLIE分析法测量项目 2 0项 ,图形数值化仪采集标志点 ,计算机完成各项测量项目及统计计算。结果　得到了维吾尔族儿童的X线头影测量正常值 ,表明颅面结构的角度测量在正常男女间无显著差异 ,而线距的测量有些项目在男女间有显著差异。颅颌面深度及高度随生长发育而增大 ,骨侧貌空度逐渐减少。结论　维吾尔族儿童颅颌面结构与汉族同龄儿童有显著差异 ,维吾尔族儿童牙弓突度小 ,下切牙较直立 ,下颌向前向上逆时针旋转 ,呈Objective To establish the mormal cephalometric values ot hard tissue for the urgur nationality children and to investigate their structural features according to sex,aging,and nati.nality.Methods 105 Urgur children were selected (with normal occlusion).The lateral cephalomectric film from each child was traced.Twenty items choosed from Down's and methods were measared and calculated data the aid of computer.Results The data showed that there were no significant differences on the items of angles between male and female.However,there were significant differences on some items of line range.Angle of craniofacial have no significant difference between male and femal.Line range have significant difference between male and female in some item.The depth and hight of cranio mandibal uofacial profile increased with divelopment of chiedren,but the convexity of the face decreased,the mandible tended to protrade and turn upward.The convexity of Uygur children maxilla drop off along with upgrowh.Compare with Han nationality,the convexity of Urgur children dental arch is smalller than Han nationality children,mandible circumgyrate forwards and up.Conclusions The cephalomectric values of hard tissue for Urgur Nationality children were established.There were significant difference in Craniofacial structures between Uygur Nationality children and Han nationality children.
