摘　　要：目的　介绍治疗雷诺氏病 (Raynauddisease)的一种手术方法。方法　 1990年 1月至 2 0 0 0年1月 ,对 18例确诊为雷诺氏病的患者 ,采用双侧肱动脉外膜剥脱术治疗。 17例术后随访 1年 6个月～ 8年 7个月 ,1例失访。结果　 15例的症状完全缓解 ,1例部分缓解 ,1例复发。结论　肱动脉外膜剥脱术的主要作用是阻断交感神经对血管的支配 ,解除血管痉挛的发作基础 。Objective To discuss a surgical procedure for Raynaud's disease. Methods Brachial artery ectoblast exfoliate in two sides were done in 18 patients with Raynaud's disease from January 1990 to January 2000. Postoperatively, follow up ranged from one year and six months to eight years and seven months in 17 cases. One case was lost. Results Complete relief of symptoms was achieved in 15 cases ,partial relief in 1 case and the other one recurred. Conclusions Brachial artery ectoblast exfoliate play a major role in interdicting innervation of blood vessel by sympathetic nerve , getting rid of the basis of vessel spasm, augmenting the blood flow and relieving the symptoms.
