川崎病38例临床及特殊症状分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析川崎病 (KD) 38例临床、发展分布及特殊表现。方法 :1985 - 0 1～ 2 0 0 1- 0 1,15年中 ,后 5年收治例数为前 10年的 1.9倍 ;近年见特殊临床症状数种 ,如黄疸、血尿、PLT极低及阴囊皮肤鲜红粗糙似皮革且干裂脱皮等。临愈出院后未继服阿司匹林致PLT又升高、CAD复现 1例。结果 :38例均临床治愈。阴囊皮肤改变、黄疸、血尿均于体温正常后好转 ,CAD复现及PLT又增高 1例经治疗痊愈。结论 :KD发病近年呈增高趋势。阴囊病变可否作为KD临床特征之一有待研究。治疗随访中应注意阿司匹林服用的连续性、规律性 ,防病情复发。Objective:To study the special clinical features of the KD.Methods:From Jan 1985 to Jan 2001,38 cases were diagnosed as KD and were retrospectively analysed.Results:25 of the 38 cases were hospitalized in the last 5 years.Some special clinical features occured in recent years:including scarlet desquamation skin of scrotum,coarse like leather,jaundice,hematuria and low level of PLT.All cases were cured.Conclusion:Recently the incidence of KD tends to be increasing.More attention should be paid to these new special clinical features in differential diagnosis.The pathological changes of the scrotum might be a feature of KD.Asprin should be taken continuously and regularly in order to prevent the recurrence of KD.
