国产5-单硝酸异山梨醇酯缓释片治疗心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 :观察国产 5 单硝酸异山梨醇酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效安全性。方法 :所选冠心病心绞痛患者共 117例 ,分两组进行治疗。治疗组 :80例 ,口服国产 5 单硝酸异山梨醇酯缓释片 6 0mg ,每日 1次 ,每次1片。对照组 :37例 ,口服长效异乐定 5 0mg ,每日 1次 ,每次 1片。两组均服药 30d为 1个疗程。结果 :治疗组治疗心绞痛的总有效率为 91.2 5 % ,对照组为 91.89%。治疗组治疗后 ,硝酸甘油消耗量明显减少甚至完全停用 ,缺血性ST T变化明显改善 ,心电图疗效达 6 1.6 % ,与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性意义。两组均无明显不良反应。结论 :5 单硝酸异山梨醇酯缓释片疗效确切、安全 ,无明显毒副反应 。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of isosorbid 5 mononitrate in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris.Method: Total 117 patients with angina pectoris of coronary disease were divided into two groups.In therapeutic group (80 cases), every individual received 60mg (1 tablet) isosorbide 5 mononitrate, once daily by oral, with a duration of 30 days.In control group (37 cases), every individual received 50mg (1 capsul) Elantan Long, once daily by oral with a duration of 30 days.Result: The total therapeutic effect rate of isosorbide 5 mononitrate group was 91.25 %. While the total therapeutic effect rate of Elantan Long was 91.89 %. After isosorbide 5 mononitrate treatment, the consumption of nitroglycerin was significantly decreased or completely stopped.The ischemic ST T change was markedly improved. The therapeutic effect of ECG improvement in therapeutic group reached to 61.6 %, showing no significant difference as compared with of the efficacy Elantan Long control group. There was no significant side reaction in two groups.Conclusion: Isosorbide 5 mononitrate is a safe and effective drug for long term treatment of coronary heart disease.
