摘　　要：目的探讨不同速度冲洗膀胱对病人生命体征的影响程度。方法将 10 2例留置导尿行膀胱冲洗的病人随机分成 A、B、C三组 ( A组 48例 ,B组 32例 ,C组 2 2例 ) ,冲洗液量均为 2 5 0 ml,冲洗速度分别为 2 5 0、14 0、10 0 gtt/m in,分别于 2 0、35、5 0 min滴完。比较冲洗前及冲洗后 (未排液体前 )生命体征的变化。结果 A组冲洗前后心率、呼吸、血压比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (均 P<0 .0 5 ) ,体温的变化差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;B、C组冲洗前后生命体征比较 ,差异均无显著性意义 (均 P>0 .0 5 )。结论冲洗速度过快可引起病人心率、呼吸增快和血压升高 ,采用 B组的速度进行膀胱冲洗 ,既可保证病人安全 。Objective To investigate the effects of different rate of the bladder douche on the vital signs of the patients. Methods 102 patients who received bladder douche were randomly divided into three groups: group A, n = 48; group B, n =32; group C, n =22. The volume of douche solution was all 250 ml and the rate of irrigation was 250, 140 and 100 drops/min in the groups A, B and C respectively. The difference of the vital signs before and after douche was compared. Results There was significant difference in heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure in the group A before and after douche (all P <0.05), but no significant difference in body temperature was found ( P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the vital signs in the groups B and C before and after douche (all P >0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that extremely fast irrigation could cause the increases of heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure. The rate of group B to irrigate was optimal for bladder douche.
