摘　　要：技术为经济增长孕育了潜在的市场,也为国际贸易提供了巨大的机会。本文在对技术变动“内生”源的变化及“外生”环境的变革的要素分析的基础上,着重探讨了促进技术贸易互动发展应采取的对策。Technology gestates the potential market for the development of economy and also provides great oppor-tunity for international trade.Based on the analysis and research of variation factors of'Inner Sourceand'Outside Creationof technical change.This paper puts forward countermeasures about the p romotion of the mutual devel-opment of technology and trade.
