摘  要:研究了热轧终轧温度对低碳低硅无取向电工钢热轧带中第二相析出物的影响。结果发现 ,在高温γ相区终轧卷取后 ,析出物的直径较大 ,析出物体积分数较高 ;在α+γ两相区终轧卷取后 ,析出物的直径也较大 ,但析出物体积分数较小 ;在α相区终轧卷取后 ,析出物的直径较小 。The precipitation under various hot rolling schedule was investigated in details. The results showed both the amount and size of precipitates are large in the hot rolled band which rolling is finished within γ phase region, while there are less and smaller precipitates in hot rolled bands which rolling is finished within α phase region. For the bands, which rolling is finished within α+γ phase region, the precipitates are large but the amount is lower.
