电弧炉炼钢集束射流氧枪的射流特征

摘　　要：对电弧炉炼钢用集束射流氧枪的射流特性进行了冷态和热态试验。 5 0tUHPEAF的工业试验表明 ,使用集束射流氧枪可降低电耗 2 0kWh t,降低氧耗 15 % ,提高生产作业率 5 % ,降低吨钢成本The cold test and thermal test for the jet charact er istics of coherent jet oxygen lance have been carried out. The results of commer cial test with a 50t UHP arc furnace showed that with using coherent jet oxygen lance it is available to decrease the electric power consumption by 20 kWh/t, decrease the oxygen consumption by 15%, increase the production rate by 5% and cut down the cost by 10 yuan/t.
