不锈钢不同脱磷渣系性能的测试和分析

摘　　要：对不锈钢 4种主要脱磷渣系的熔化和失重性能进行了测试和分析 ,结果得出 ,BaO BaCl2 渣更适合于低温脱磷 ,BaO CaO复合渣应作为不锈钢脱磷的主要渣系。The smelting and weight loss features of main four kinds of fluxes for dephosphorization of stainless steel have been examined and analyzed. The obtained results show that the BaO\|BaCl\-2 series fluxes are avai lable for dephosphorization of stainless steel at lower temperature and the flux es composed of BaO\|CaO could be taken for main fluxes of ordinary stainless ste el dephosphorization.
