摘  要:对丙烯酸类聚合物鞣剂 P(AA- AN)的 Mannich反应基本条件 (如胺的种类、醛胺比例、反应的 p H值等 )探索之后 ,进行了两轮正交试验 ,优选出 Mannich改性的最佳方案并对所得改性产品 (ASF)的基本性能进行了表征。通过对改性产品 (ASF)的 1H- NMR、13 C- NMR及 IR谱图分析证明 :丙烯酸类聚合物 (P(AA- AN) )羧基︿- H发生了 Mannich反应。由 ASF的应用试验结果可以看出 :该鞣剂除仍保持改性前聚合物鞣剂所具有的良好填充性能和明显的选择填充性能外 ,还提高了坯革的着色性能。该鞣剂的综合应用效果较好。The basic modification conditions of acrylic polymer tanning agent P(AA-AN) with Mannich reaction, such as types of amine, ratios of formaldehyde and amine and pH, were explored at first. And then, the optimal modification scheme of P(AA-AN) with Mannich reaction was got through two orthogonal experiments. The basic properties of ASF, which was synthesized through the optimal modification scheme, were characterized. The modification of α-H of carboxyl group of P(AA-AN) with Mannich reaction was testified through 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and IR of the modified product ASF. The application results of ASF showed that it can improve the dyeing property of the crust retanned with it and it still retained the good filling and obvious selective filling properties of the unmodified polymer tanning agent. The integrated application properties of ASF were quite acceptable.
