摘　　要：介绍了一种利用杠杆机构进行由下向上冲裁和弯曲 ,以及利用活动凸模进行封闭形状弯曲的级进模。该模具较好地解决了小尺寸、较复杂弯曲零件用级进模成形的问题 ,为类似零件的成形探索了一条行之有效的途径。A progressive die that adopting the lever mechanism to stamp upwards and bend the part and utilizing the movable punch to bend the part of close shape was introduced. The progressive die well overcame the difficulties of forming small_sized parts with complicate curving shapes with progressive dies. It explored an effective way for the forming of similar parts.
