摘 要:针对流化床锅炉控制系统的特点和运行管理中存在的问题 ,研究了解耦广义预测控制和多变量参数估计原理 ,选择预测控制理论来设计流化床预测指导系统 ,并对预测指导系统进行了仿真研究。通过仿真研究 ,获得了该系统的参数选择机制。同时 ,把研究结果应用到工程实践中 ,为莱西某厂设计了流化床预测指导系统 ,对工人的操作进行指导以及培训 ,取得了很好的效果。由于该系统设计方法是通用的 。In connection with the features of a fluidized bed boiler control system and the existing problems in its operation and management a study was conducted of the theory of a decoupled and generalized predictive control as well as multivariable parameter evaluation. A predictive control theory was selected to design the predictive instruction system of a fluidized bed boiler along with a simulation research of the predictive instruction system. Through the simulation study obtained was the parameter selection mechanism of the above-mentioned system. Meanwhile, the study results were applied with excellent results in engineering practice, e.g. in the design of a predictive instruction system for a factory in Laixi and the provision of guidance and training for worker's operation. As the design method of the system is applicable to all cases, it has also been employed in other similar systems.
