摘　　要：应用不同的生物材料对新型杀虫剂的生态效应进行了研究。吡虫啉对泽蛙蝌蚪、黑斑蛙蝌蚪及青鱼的急性毒性表明 ,吡虫啉属于低毒农药。蚕豆根尖微核试验结果呈阴性 。In this study,several organisms were employed to study the ecological effects of Imidacloprid.The results of acute toxical testing of Rana limnochars,Rana nigronaculata Hallowell and O.latipes show that Imidacloprid is a low toxicity pesticide.The results of micronuclei rate of the root tip cells of Vicia faba did not have mutagendsis effects on the root tip cells of Vicia faba.
