摘　　要：介绍一种用氟硅酸制高纯二氧化硅的新工艺。先将氟硅酸和碳酸氢铵反应得氟硅酸铵,氟硅酸铵又和碳酸氢铵反应得二氧化硅,再经水洗、干燥、煅烧得高纯二氧化硅。研究了各种因素对产品纯度的影响。A new process for producing high - purity silica from silicofluoric acid is introduced . Silicofluoric acid reacted with ammonium hydrocarbonate to obtain ammonium silicofluoric acid, which then reacted with ammonium hydrocar-bonate to make silica. The intermediate product was washed with water, then was dried and sintered to the final product. The factors influencing the purity of the title product have been investigated.
