摘 要:以精选的天然高岭石Al4 [Si4 O1 0 ](OH) 8与Na2 CO3,TiO2 ,NH4 H2 PO4 ,Eu2 O3高温 ( 80 0~ 10 0 0℃ )固相反应约 2 0h ,可制得Na1 + 2x+yAlxEuyTi2 -x-ySixP3-x O1 2 系统的钠快离子导体 (Al-Eu -Nasicon) .用X射线粉末衍射法对合成物进行相分析和用交流阻抗技术测定其电导率 ,并根据阿仑尼乌斯方程式求其活化能 .结果表明 :在y=0 .5 ,x≤ 0 .4 ;y=1.0 ,x≤ 0 .2 的起始组成范围内存在空间群属于R3C的固熔体导电相 ,该相具有较好的离子电导率和较低的离子导电活化能 .其中起始组成 y =0 .5 ,x=0 .6的合成物 ,即Na2 .7Al0 .6 Eu0 .5Ti0 .9Si0 .6 P2 .4O1 2 具有较高的电导率 ,在 4 0 0℃时 ,其电导率达到 6.4 82mS/cm ,离子导电活化能为 67.999kJNatural layered aluminosilicate kaolinite Al 4 [Si 4O 10 ](OH) 8 was used as a staring material for preparing a new system of sodium fast ion conductors Na 1+2x+y Al x Eu y Ti 2-x-y Si x P 3-x O 12 (referred to as Al-Eu-Nasicon)by high temperature (800~1?000?℃)solid phase reaction for about 20?h. Eath composition of above systems is characterized by x-ray powder diffraction .The electrical conductivity of each compositiom has been measured by an a.c.impedance technique, and its conductive activation energy is calculated from Arrhenius plots .The results show that a Nasicon phase with spase group R3C exist in the compositions with y=0.5, x≤0.4 and y=1.0, x≤0.2. The electrical rneasurements indicated that the maxium conductivity in the above system is inital composition with y=0.5, x=0.6, that is Na 2.7 Al 0.6 Eu 0.5 Ti 0.9 Si 0.6 P 2.4 O 12 , its conductivity reaches up to 6.48?mS/cm at 400?℃ and the activation energy is 67.999?kJ/mol.
