雌激素治疗去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松症血清NO、NOS的变化

摘　　要：目的　初步探讨骨质疏松症及用雌激素治疗与 NO、NOS的关系。方法　将 40只 6月龄雌性大鼠随机分成正常假手术组 (15只 )和骨质疏松模型组 (2 5只 ) ,其中骨质疏松模型组去势造成骨质疏松模型 ,从其中随机选 5只测定血清 NO、NOS的变化 ,并与 5只正常假手术组比较。剩余骨质疏松模型组大鼠随机分为骨质疏松对照组 (10只 )与雌激素治疗组 (10只 ) ,雌激素治疗组经雌激素治疗骨密度升高后 ,测其血清 NO、NOS的变化 ,并与骨质疏松对照组及正常假手术组比较。结果　去势造成的骨质疏松模型组 NO、NOS低于正常假手术组 (P <0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。雌激素治疗大鼠骨密度升高后 ,其血清 NO、NOS高于骨质疏松对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与正常假手术组差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　 NO、NOS参与了骨质疏松症的病理生理过程 ,雌激素治疗骨质疏松症可能与 NO。Objective To understand the relationship among the changes of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and osteoporosis and astrogen therapy.Methods Forty female rats were randomized into sham surgery (sham OVX) group (15) and ovariectomy(OVX) group(25).Eight weeks later,to examine the changes of NO and NOS in five OVX rats'serum and compare with five OVX rats'.The rest OVX rats were randomized control osteoporosis group(10) and estrogen group(10).After estrogen therapy eight weeks,to examin the changes of NO and NOS in estrogen group and compare with osteoporosis group and sham OVX group.Results The level of NO and NO and OVX rats were significantly lower than sham OVX rats (P<0.05) .After estrogen therapy,the level of NO and NOS were significantly higher than control osteoporosis group(P<0.05),and no significantly diffrence with sham OVX group(P>0.05).Conclusions NO and NOS play an important role between bone formation and absorption,and estrin treatment osteoporosis may be relate to NO and NOS.
