摘 要:目的 观察锌对缺碘大鼠甲状腺细胞膜脂流动性的影响。方法 应用缺碘饲料喂养 Wistar大鼠复制缺碘动物模型 ,同时设补碘、补葡萄糖酸锌和复合锌组。实验中测尿碘 ,实验结束时测血清、组织锌含量 ;以DPH为荧光探剂 ,荧光偏振法测甲状腺细胞膜脂荧光偏振度 (P)和膜相对流动性 (MFU)。结果 缺碘组尿碘降低 ,加碘组和两组加锌组尿碘、组织锌升高。缺碘组甲状腺细胞膜脂 P值升高 ,MF U降低 ;加碘组 P值和 MFU基本达对照组水平 ;两组加锌组较缺碘组 P值降低 ,MF U升高。结论 缺碘大鼠甲状腺细胞膜脂流动性降低 ,补锌可拮抗缺碘所致甲状腺细胞膜损伤 。Objective To observe the effects of zinc (Zn) on the membrane lipid fluidity of thyroid cells in rats with iodine deficiency.Methods Wistar rats with iodine deficiency were duplicated with fodder of Iodine Deficiency Disorder(IDD) areas and iodine, zinc gluconate (ZnG) and compound zinc (ZnC) were given in rats of other 3 groups with iodine deficiency for 6 months. Iodine (I) in urine and zinc (Zn) in serum and tissues were measured , the polarzing degree of fluorescence (P) and the membrane lipid fludity (MFU) of thyroid cells were determined by means of fluorescent polarimertry.Results The text of membrane function of thyroid cells showed that in the rats with I deficiency, the value of P increased and MFU decreased followed by debasement of urine I ,compared with control group. However, in 2 groups of Zn supplementation, the value of P was lower and MFU higher than that in the group of I deficiency, and in the group of administration of I, the level of P and MFU approached it in control groups.Conclusions Zn supplementation could antagonize the damage of membrane function of thyroid cells caused by I deficiency in rats, but its effect was less obvious than that of administration of I.
