摘　　要：探讨人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎时并发症的防治方法。方法 :分析ALSS治疗 99例重型肝炎时并发症的情况。结果 :治疗过程中共发生皮疹 2 5例 (2 1.93% ) ,血压一过性下降 12例 (10 .5 0 % ) ,血管路部分凝血 6例 (5 .30 % ) ,过敏性休克 3例 (2 .6 0 % ) ,所有并发症经及时处理后均治愈。结论 :应用该ALSS治疗重型肝炎时虽可发生多种并发症 ,但只要密切观察病情并及时采取有效措施 ,均可避免 。Objective:To investigate the methods of preventi on and treatment of complications caused by using Artificial Liver Suspension Sy stem(ALSS) to treat severe hepatitis patients.Methods:Analyse the 99 severe hepatitis patients' complications caused by using ALSS.Results:In the duration of the treatment with ALSS, 25 patients show the symptom of rash,12 patient's blood pressure decrease, 6 patients show p artly intravascular coagulation, 3 patients have the symptom of anaphylactic sho ck.The complications disappear when treat the patients timely.Conclusions:Though some complications take place in the duration of the treatment with ALSS on severe hepatitis patients, with c lose observation and timely effective measurements,all complications will be avo ided. So ALSS can increase the rate of improvement and even the rate of clinical cure of severe hepatitis patients.
