地甘口服液支持环磷酰胺化疗的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察地甘口服液提升白细胞并增强免疫力的作用。方法 :观察在不同时间段给予同剂量的地甘口服液 ,大剂量 CTX作用后小鼠外周血白细胞数量的变化 ,计量脾脏相关指标 ,与空白组和 CTX组对照。结果 :模后组与全程组小鼠白细胞数量、脾相关指标显著或非常显著地高于 CTX组 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,全程组统计学意义更为明显。结论 :地甘口服液有升高白细胞并恢复或加强免疫力的作用 ,化疗全程给药更有意义。Objective: It is to investigate the effects of Di-Gan-Oral-Liquor (DGOL) on raising quantities of WBC and improving immunity. Methods: The same dose of DGOL was offered at different periods. The changes of the quantities of WBC in peripheral blood were investigated, and the indices correlative with spleen were measured after the treatment of more dose of Cyclophosphamide (CY). Those materials were compared with space group and CTX group. Results: The quantities of WBC and the indices correlative with spleen in the group treated after modeled and the group treated all the experimental period were significantly superior than the CTX group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The group treated all the experimental period has obvious superiority. Conclusion: DGOL can raise the quantity of WBC and rebirth or enhance immunity, and can produce better effect when it is used within all the period of chemotherapy.
